At Lulu and Georgia, we want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 60-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that certain items, such as custom furniture and final sale products, are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the packing slip.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.
